Switzerland To Phase Out Nuclear Power

Switzerland has decided to make a ban on nuclear power plants permanent. Renee Montagne and Mary Louise Kelly report that the country will begin phasing out nuclear power. Germany also announced it would start shutting down its nuclear power program.
