Microsoft Dynamics ERP is planning on expanding beyond its current on premise product portfolio and move to the cloud. We are looking for a creative and experienced software engineer who can help us build applications that work at cloud scale and with modern user experiences.

Our team is focused on defining a efficient programming model for building out a large scale business applications in the cloud. Our competitors include SAP, Oracle and Workday. Our mission is to move our business to Azure and provide a new efficient stack based around ODATA, HTML and JavaScript. Our engineering processes are agile and quality driven.

The ideal candidate would have strong passion and capability in programming, focus on quality of code, debugging skills, and ability to work in defining the feature as part of the product roadmap. Additionally, they should have the ability to prototype quickly in driving concepts to realization with a customer focus while iterating as necessary. They should have strong design skills to build robust and scalable implementations that address the customer needs while offering a very user friendly experience at the appropriate level of complexity.

Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and shipping high quality software or services
- 2+ years of knowledge of .NET Framework is required
- 2+ years of experience in one of the major object-oriented programming languages: C#, Java, C++
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record of collaboration
- Experience in Windows Azure, SQL Server, ASP.NET is highly desirable
- Experience building high-scalable, highly-available, distributed platform software is highly desirable
