Paul co-founded one of Australia?s largest online department stores, DealsDirect, in 2004. The company now employs about 150 people and has the largest ecommerce fulfilment centre and ecommerce customer service centres in Australia.

In 2011, he was the recipient of the Online Retail Industry Recognition Award for his success with DealsDirect and his contribution to Australian online retail.
