Job Description

Purpose:
? Handle and investigate customer complaints and claims to safe guard customer and UMA interests in finalizing of complaints and settlement of all claims and whilst promoting customer satisfaction and participating in minimizing complaints and claims
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Resolve customer service requests and customer complaints and claims
? Analyze customer claims and determine liability of the company including GM if any
? Follow formal procedures for consistency and increased productivity
? Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, e-mail and face-to-face
? Handle inquiries and direct them to the proper actions in order to provide the best customer service
? Investigate and attempt to solve standing customers? problems
? Continuously reporting to direct manger recommended corrective action and monitor results
? Support direct manager and all concerned managers to execute Customer Care initiatives within the dealership
? Recommend with justification for the refund of repairs, services, products and purchases,which are revealed to be not earned by the concerned department, to his immediate superior
? Keep accurate records of customer complaints, compliments claims, refunds, suggestions, including correspondence with customers & notes on discussions.
? Support Officer Customer Care with all tasks
? Perform any other related functions as directed by his superior

Skills

Qualifications:
? A qualified Saudi with High School degree
? At least two years experience in customer care
? With two years supervisory experience
? Work experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
Skills:
? Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face to face.
? Excellent problem solving skills to develop alternate solutions.
? Knowledge of using Kerridge or equivalent
? Knowledge of using MS Office
? Excellent customer interaction skills, including written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
? Self motivated, directed and passionate team payer.
